Pete's Meats will be holding its soft opening on Route 23 Dec. 1, owner Pete DiMarco said.
DiMarco has worked in the restaurant supply industry for 25 years and expanded his delivery service during the pandemic.
Chef Alex Diaz, who spent more than two decades working in executive New York City positions, will be working at the new restaurant, BoozyBurbs reports.
Burgers, deli sandwiches, steak sandwiches, lobster rolls, hot dogs, roasted salmon, grilled chicken, pork chop, smoked ribs and an array of sides including steak fries, jasmine rice, sweet potato fries, roasted veggies and so much more is on the menu.
"Founded in 2000, Pete's Meats & Grill is known for revolutionizing the way people eat and enjoy food," the Pete's Meats website says. "We take pride in our ability to discover the most unique flavors from around the world and share them with the Wayne area. Join us."
